SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–T.Y. Lin International (TYLI), a global full-service infrastructure consulting firm with a reputation for excellence, has announced two new additions to its Aviation Sector team in East Region. Michael Bramhall (P.E.) has been appointed Airfield Technical Director. T.J. Labore has been appointed as Senior Aviation Engineer. Bramhall and Labore will bring their vast experience to the firm’s growing professional Aviation practice.
Bramhall joins TYLI with a 22-year career in airport engineering, which includes consulting, civil design, and administering airport improvement projects for general aviation and commercial, international, and military airports throughout the northeast region, as well as nationally and globally.
Labore comes to TYLI with more than 14 years of technical airside and landside engineering experience in support of the aviation sector. As the lead engineer responsible for the design and scheduling of numerous airport improvements on the East Coast, as well as quality control and assurance, he has been a key player in the process.

Bramhall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, Massachusetts. Bramhall is a member of the New York Aviation Management Association and the American Association of Airport Executives.
Laboure is a New Hampshire registered Professional Engineer. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Boston’s Wentworth Institute of Technology.
