Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Bill Gates, a renowned software developer who is also philanthropist and philanthropist, on Tuesday at COP 26 Summit.

The PM expressed gratitude for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s work in India. He also discussed ways to increase activities under Mission Innovation in India. According to an official press release, there were many promising opportunities in areas such as green hydrogen, aviation fuels and battery storage, and vaccine research.

PM Modi met with his Nepal counterpart Sher Bahadur deuba for the first-time since he assumed office. They discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, including in the context for ongoing efforts against pandemic. They praised India’s ability to supply vaccines, medicine and medical equipment and agreed that they would work together for post-pandemic recovery.

The PM met for the first-time with Israel PM Naftali Bennettt. Both leaders reviewed bilateral strategic partnerships and were pleased with the progress in different sectors. They discussed ways to expand cooperation, particularly in areas of innovation and high-tech.

Remembering that next year would be 30years of establishment of full diplomatic relations between India & Israel, PM Modi invited Bennett for a visit to India.

The PM met Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, to review bilateral relations and exchange views about developments in the region. They were pleased with the mutual recognition and acceptance of vaccination certificates. According to the official news release, they expressed satisfaction at each other’s recognition of vaccination certificates.
