LOS ANGELES, CA, November 23, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — Development in technology is evolving and progressing rapidly today towards a digital era. It has changed the way we live, work and interact with the outside world. The rise of AI and technological advancement has brought about a disturbing breach in privacy, violations on gender rights, as well as violence. The digital world has seen a lot of progress and benefits for humanity. However, it also poses a threat to the safety and security of women and girls. Gender-based violence and discrimination are all more detrimental to women than any other problem.

The UN Special Rapporteur report, presented to the 76th session of the General Assembly, is the first report in the 27 years’ history of the mandate to be devoted exclusively to the challenges that women face in exercising their freedom of opinion and expression. The mandate received submissions from member states of the UN, NGOs, Civil Society Organizations, individuals, academics, and universities worldwide. Kailash Union made recommendations to address the online and offline challenges faced by women.

His Divine Holiness Bhagavan, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, is the Sovereign and Sovereign state of SHRIKAILASA. The foundation of KAILASA’s foundation is based in the universal cosmic truths found in Hindu scriptures. He strongly supports gender equality and the rights for women and members of LGBTQ+ and transgender communities. The most vulnerable targets of extremism in India have been the women and girls from the Adi Shaivite minor tradition (ASMT), of KAILASA. The ASMT is not the only target. It also targets the Guru disciple lineage, as well as the female religious leaders, including nuns and Hindu females.

Many instances have been reported of attacks on women in the ASMT, including those against female monks, who were victims to image morphing and deepfake technology. There has also been discrimination in multiple forms involving corrupt media, hate speech propaganda, and other forms of discrimination, as well as discrimination that includes the use of corruption media. Multiple forensic examinations and investigations that proved the fabrication of morphed video clips have shown that the government and its departments did not offer any protection. The mainstream media and social media influencers still broadcast and propagate misinformation to this day, despite numerous forensic examinations.

Unfortunately, legal recourse is not available outside India for most women and girls. Deepfake technology, which is used to exact revenge, is a serious and dangerous issue for gender security. A 2019 Adult Online Hate, Harassment and Abuse report from the UK lists six types of image-based sexual violence, defining this type of abuse as “sexual photoshopping.” KAILASA provided several recommendations for creating an environment that promotes inclusiveness, democracy, and sustainable growth.
