Ghost Recon Frontline has already seen a delay of sorts, and it’s not even out yet. Today, Ubisoft has announced that the closed beta is being postponed to allow the team behind it deliver “the best possible experience.” “

The first closed test was set to run October 14-21 for PC players.

Developed by Ubisoft Bucharest, which previously worked on Ghost Recon Wildlands and Ghost Recon Breakpoint, the game offers a new way for you to explore franchise’s universe, with a free-to-play, 100+ players, PvP first-person military experience.

The game features an open world, a wide range of tactical support tools, and many game modes. Expedition, the flagship mode of the game, promises a fresh take on battle royale.

Expedition features 100 players in teams of three who will have to work together to complete dynamic objectives across the map with no converging circle. At launch, additional modes will be available.

There is an advanced class system that allows you to customize each contractor and upgrade them to suit your strategy. Initially, three classes of contractors were available for closed testing. Additional classes will be available at launch.

Ghost Recon Frontline has not yet been released.
